Retreat Packages

$150 - Setting up and coordinating travel for up to 4 staff - Additional staff will be $50 per
$400 - Setting up and coordinating travel for up to 10 attendees - Additional attendees will be $50 per
* should you want attendees to pay for this themselves it will be $75 per
$200 - Create website (does not include cost of website template)
$100 - Create welcome packet (if not included in package selection)
$150 - Your staff want us to coordinate their schedules (massages, additional classes etc)

Our retreat pricing breakdown package is designed for the host who have secured their retreat location, lodging, and itinerary but need help confidently pricing their retreat. We'll create a detailed pricing breakdown that factors in all your costs, desired profit margin, and attendee experience to ensure your retreat is both financially sustainable and competitive.

- Define and review goals, target audience, budget, retreat theme and lodging
- Coordinating all necessary vendors (catering, transportation, wellness practitioners, photographers, etc)
- Assist in hiring additional vendors if needed
- Based on your expenses, profit margin and whats included we work out tiered pricing
- Create a rate sheet with your package options
- Track and manage the budget based on bookings
- Registration and booking set up and management
- Assist in setting up workshops, excursions and activities
- Communication with attendees, staff, venue and lodging
- Assist in setting up a retreat schedule
- Work with client to set up welcome kit and gift
- Create two flyers for marketing purposes
- Advise on launch and marketing along the way
- Set up and coordinate travel for host and coordinator (additional cost to coordinate travel for staff and attendees)
- One coordinator will attend the retreat with you and coordinate daily activities for you and attendees (retreats longer than 3 days will be additional costs per day)

We help you determine the price per person, create a clear planning timeline, coordinate attendee bookings, payment tracking and streamline communication. Our goal is to take the logistical stress off your plate so you can focus on delivering an unforgettable retreat.
