If you are looking for day of wedding coordination please contact us to discuss what is needed. We do not have a day of package as we believe in being more involved to ensure flawless execution of your wedding day. However we are willing to work out a custom package based on where you are with your planning & what specifically is needed.

- Personalized planning for the wedding day
- Support in the final weeks leading up to your wedding day
- Two in person/zoom meetings, plus your final walkthrough
- Custom master timeline for your wedding day
- Attending and running rehearsal (Two hours of time. Does not include the rehearsal dinner)
- Reviewing and managing vendor contracts
- Confirming and communicating with vendors leading up to your wedding day
- Day of coordination by your lead coordinator (additional coordinator may be needed for larger guest count)
- Main contact for all vendors and oversee vendor setup
- Setup and design of personal decor
- Assist with dressing logistics and timing for the wedding party
- Ensure wedding party is where they need to be when they need to be there
- Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.
- Coordinate first look (if planned)
- Ensure you are getting all the photos you want
- Ceremony coordination - cue musicians and wedding party entrance
- Reception coordination - transition from cocktail hour, grand entrances, first dance, speeches, toasts, cake cutting and any other specifics you have planned
- Collect personal belongings at the end of the evening and give to assigned point person
- Supervise post event breakdown and pickups

Our month of wedding package is designed for the couple who have their venue and all vendors hired, and have handled most of the planning themselves but want expert support to step in and ensure everything comes together seamlessly in the final weeks leading up to your wedding day. We will review your plans, confirm logistics with vendors, create a detailed timeline and manage the final logistics. On the wedding day, our team will ensure everything runs smoothly, handling coordination, setup, and any last minute issues so you can fully be present to enjoy every moment of your special day.
